Paris, 16 October 2012

The Parisian gallery Arts d’Australie, directed by Stéphane Jacob, will take part in this year’s edition of Art Elysées.
Since 1996, the director of the gallery, with a degree from the Ecole du Louvre and recognised a European expert for Australian contemporary art, dedicated himself to promoting and selling Australian, Aboriginal and Western paintings, artworks and sculptures. He is part of the National Chamber of Experts specialised in Art and Collection Objects (CNES) and of the Professional Committee of Art Galleries.
On occasion of the Parisian fair, Jacob is offering an exhibition showing works from three different generations, illustrating the richness of Australian Aboriginal art. Among the artists exhibited we might mention Wentja Tjapaltjarri, Abie Loy Kemarre and Kathleen Petyarre. The gallery will hold the stand 145A.
