8th edition of Fine Art Asia Fair

From 4 to 7 October, the 8th edition of Fine Art Asia fair will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Asia’s leading international fine art fair anticipates 20,000 visitors this year. Reflecting the rising influence of and interest in the Asian art market, Fine Art Asia will showcase museum-quality Asian and International Antiques, ranging from ancient Chinese bronzes, Himalayan art, drawings and prints, to maps and books, scholars’ objects, furniture, fine jewellery, clocks and watches, rare antique silver and watches, decorative art, porcelain and ceramics, textiles and tapestries, as well as Modern and Contemporary artworks including paintings, sculptures and furniture, from over 100 leading local and international galleries.

Young artists from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and HK Art School will present their work and there will also be a booth dedicated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund which will hold an exhibition featuring a group of Hong Kong artists and a charity auction whose proceeds will fund the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s free breast cancer services. Fine Art Asia will also donate all entrance income to both the Hong Kong Cancer Fund and the Hong Kong Society for Protection of Children.
